        Steps Being Taken Towards the KBS
1.     To ensure that the school is ready to receive the KBS
        a.
Have effective Leaders
        b. Motivation among teachers to adopt the KBS
        c. Cooperation and teamwork among teachers
2.     Identify problems faced by teachers and students in school
3.     Get teachers involved in identifying solutions
4.     Develop a shared vision of how to change and what to change to
5.     Identify the leaders to manage the change
6.     Create solution-based projects that can help improve the teachers and                    students' performance
7.     Conduct a department by department change and let it spread to other                    departments without pushing from the top
8.     Institutionalize success through formal policies, systems and procedures
9.     Monitor and adjust strategies in response to problems faced

        Pedagogy:-
a)     Make learning more interesting, motivating, stimulating and meaningful
b)     Involve the students' minds, spirit and bodies in the learning process
c)     Build basic skills to prepare students for greater challenges over time
d)     Cater for a range of needs and capabilities among the students
e)     Use an appropriate mix of learning strategies to ensure mastery of basic 
        competencies and promote holistic development
f)      Accommodate individual different learning styles so as to boost   
         performance
g)     Foster a classroom atmosphere that is compatible with different teaching-           learning strategies; such as:-
        positive teacher interaction with students, and
        positive students interaction

a)     Importance of a balance between process and content in learning
b)     Students take pride in their work
c)     High expectations for learning and achievement

        K-Workers
a)     Information only becomes knowledge when you can utilize it to add or
        create value for your work and organisation;
b)     A K-worker has the ability to deal innovatively with the skills, tasks, training         or learning acquired and has the know-how to enhance or create new value            for his work;
c)     "Someone who adds value by processing existing information to create new         information which can be used to define and solve problems" - says Peter            Drucker, 1959
d)     A sense of creativity, innovation and critical thinking and, most importantly,         "KNOW-HOW" to deal with change and stay ahead.
